CANCELLATION POLICY
To maintain a smooth and respectful scheduling experience in a private studio setting, the following policies are strictly enforced: A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. By booking an appointment, you authorize charges in accordance with the policies below. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. Appointments are scheduled back-to-back. Clients arriving more than 7 minutes late may have their service shortened or may be required to reschedule. Late arrivals that require rescheduling will be treated as a late cancellation and charged 50% of the scheduled service. A no-show is defined as failure to attend a scheduled appointment, arriving too late to perform the service, or providing no communication prior to the appointment time. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. A no-call, no-show will result in immediate removal of future booking privileges. To maintain fairness and protect availability for all clients, three late arrivals (7+ minutes) or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in permanent removal from online booking access. Emergency situations will be handled at the studio’s discretion. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
